Melt Blown Cartridges

The cartridges offered are manufactured of multiple layers of melt blown PP for gradient filtration, with a strong inner layer acting as a supporting core.

Continuous graded pore structure enhances dirt holding capacity
100% Polypropylene material of construction provides wide chemical resistance to bases. Acids, salts and many organic solvents.
Free of surfactants, binders and adhesives.
Cartridges can be easily disposed by incineration.

Wound Cartridges

Through Improved winding technology, the pitch, number of crossings and space between each yarn is continuously varied and controlled. The inner layers of yarn are wound close together and the space between the yarn is gradually increased towards the outer layer, while the yarns remain locked together because of the random protruding loops. The winding technology gives improved true density grading & reduced pressure drop.

Bag Filters

We offer a full range of high performance non- woven filter bags. Bag Filters are fabricated using high dirt holding media that provides consistent particle retention. Longer life reduces purchase cost, downtimes due to change outs, and disposal costs. Thus it reduces overall filtration cost.
